Miao Yin
Biography
Dr. Miao Yin is a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). He received his Ph.D. at Rutgers University, during which he conducted research at Google with Dr. Boqing Gong, building the efficient YouTube video quality assessment framework.
Dr. Miao Yin’s research is mainly focused on high-performance and energy-efficient learning-based intelligence systems. His research interests broadly include:
- Spatial/Multimodal Intelligence Systems
- Intelligent High-Performance Computing
- Large-Scale Neural Model Optimization
- Higher-Order Tensor Decomposition
